Spouse Symposium Draws Big Crowds

This year's MOAA and Blue Star Families sponsored Spouse Symposium was a smashing success!  A big shout out to the panel of moderators including our own Stephanie Himel-Nelson, Karen Bricklemeyer, the hilarious and informative Sara Sperling, Pamela Green, and Cindy Alanis.  More than 300 spouses showed up for the panel, asked incredibly impactful questions, and stayed for a workshop led by MOAA's uber spouse programs deputy director Monique Rizer.  After that, the career fair where the spouses had opportunities to speak with employers, hand out resumes, and network!  

Blue Star Families was proud to participate in such an amazing, positive event and we look forward to hearing about connections that spouses made.  What did you learn?  Tell us who you met and what skills or tips you put into action!  And check back as we share the success stories.
