There's an App for that!

Military Traveler is a mobile application for iPhone and Android that provides base directory information on your smartphone. It's free to download from the iTunes Store or Android Marketplace. The goal is to provide every publicly available number for every establishment on every base in an easy to use format.

The app goes further than your standard directory by providing a place for military members and their families to provide feedback and advice in the form of ratings and reviews.

The brainchild of Marine Corps Captain Tony Hatala, the app gives insider scoop on hidden gems for milfolks. Do you know you can rent cabins through MWR at Big Bear? Do you know there are facilities on Martha's Vineyard and Lake Tahoe? What are the hours for the Commissary on Tuesdays onboard MCAS Yuma?

The app is a constant work in progress so if you don't see every establishment or if you find an error we look for engagement from the community of users. If you'd like to see another base added all it takes is an email support@miltraveler.com.
