Inc. magazine is providing a special three-hour mentoring session with Inc. 500|5000 CEO's at its annual conference in Phoenix on October 3. Inc. launched the Military Entrepreneur’s Program to educate, mentor, and inform service members and their families about entrepreneurship. The Inc. Military Entrepreneurs Program will continue efforts after a successful inaugural year in 2011, with the 2nd annual Military Entrepreneur Mentoring Fail at the 2012 Inc 500|5000 Conference and Awards Gala in Phoenix, AZ. The Military Entrepreneurs will meet with Inc. 5000 CEOs to get personalized advice on their business model and personal goals. Join the Inc. Military Entrepreneurs community by applying to attend the mentoring fair. A special delegation of entrepreneurs will be selected to stay for their entire conference to learn and network with the country’s leading business men and women.

1:00 p.m. Mentoring Session #1:

Military entrepreneur mentees meet with their first CEO mentor one-on-one

  • CEO will provide insight into how they  started their company and the challenges faced
  • Military entrepreneur will discuss current business or business plan. The CEO will then provide insight for a growth/start-up strategy (ie, finances, supply chain, staffing etc.)
  • CEOs will help Military entrepreneur craft specific action items for his or her business.
