She and her husband have two girls and are currently stationed at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma.

Lt. Col Blake, a Marine Corps aviator, is the Commanding Officer of VMA-311.

Michelle Stephenson Galvez is an Air Force daughter, a former Army National Guard combat medic, a Navy wife and the mother of three children. Michelle juggles all of this while pursuing a master's degree in government, international politics and public administration.
